1. Local-First by Design
Operational data produced by Tarunimo software — robot telemetry, missions, command logs and analytics — is written to a local database on customer infrastructure. It is not transmitted to Tarunimo as a condition of operation.
2. Edge Data Ownership
The customer owns all operational and telemetry data generated on site, including exports and diagnostic bundles. Tarunimo claims no license over that data.
3. Website & Business Contact Data
When you submit an inquiry form we process the business contact details you provide (name, work email, company, fleet profile and message) solely to respond to your request and manage the commercial relationship.
4. Diagnostic Bundles
Diagnostic bundles are generated locally and shared with Tarunimo only when the customer explicitly sends them for support. They are retained for the duration of the support case and then deleted on request.
5. Sub-processors
Core product operation requires no sub-processors. Any sub-processor used for commercial communication is disclosed on request under the applicable data processing agreement.
6. Security
Local sign-in, scoped data isolation across sites and customers, and exportable audit logs are provided by the software. Physical and network security of site infrastructure remains the customer's responsibility.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of business contact data we hold about you by writing to our contact address.
